- A report has been submitted to Auckland Council by Vinko Holdings Ltd for land use consent associated with the development and use of the land at 1-12/280 Mahurangi East Road, 13-17/280 Mahurangi East Road & 10 Hamatana Road, Snells Beach to construct and operate a supermarket, alongside associated car parking, servicing, loading, access and landscaping. Associated site works are detailed within the report.
